Shipping policy
All Eshya Trendy orders are fulfilled by our in-house fulfillment center and delivered through our trusted logistics partner TopSpeed, ensuring reliable nationwide delivery across Lebanon.
1. Delivery Coverage & Timeframes
TopSpeed currently delivers to two main zones in Lebanon:

| Inside Beirut | 1–2 business days |
| All other areas in Lebanon | 2–4 business days |
Delivery times may vary depending on weather, traffic, holidays, or courier workload.
2. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are determined by TopSpeed and are shown at checkout. All delivery fees are non-refundable.
3. Order Processing
Orders are packed and fulfilled by the Eshya Trendy team and handed over to TopSpeed for delivery. You may receive SMS or WhatsApp updates from TopSpeed once your order is en route.
4. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure smooth delivery, the customer must:
- Provide an accurate and complete delivery address
- Respond to the courier’s call or message
- Be available to receive the order within the estimated delivery window
Eshya Trendy is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect information or customer unavailability.
5. Failed or Missed Deliveries
If the courier cannot deliver due to customer unavailability or incorrect information:
- The order will be marked as failed
- A second delivery attempt may require a new delivery fee
- No refund of delivery fees will be provided
6. Damaged Deliveries
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos or videos so our support team can assist.
