Refund policy

At Eshya Trendy, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order has been confirmed.


Returns Policy
Returns are not acceptable unless the item is received damaged due to our handling or preparation.


Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

To report a damaged item, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the outer packaging

Failure to report the issue within the specified timeframe may result in refusal of the claim.

 


What We Offer
If your claim is approved after review, we will arrange for:

  • A replacement of the same item (subject to availability), or
  • A store credit, if replacement is not possible

Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not available and at our discretion.

 


Non-Refundable Situations
We are not responsible for:

  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
